Title: Business Analyst 3Location: Bellevue, WashingtonDetails: 12-month contract with ongoing need, opportunity for direct hire, fully onsite rolePay Rate: $48.00 – 49.00/hr. based on benefit inclusionsJob SummaryThis role supports category performance, portfolio planning, and go-to-market initiatives through data-driven analysis and cross-functional coordination. The position is responsible for tracking key business metrics, supporting product lifecycle activities, and delivering insights that inform strategic decision-making. The ideal candidate is highly analytical, organized, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment with competing priorities.Responsibilities Develop and maintain regular reporting on sales, margins, market share, supply, and overall category performance Analyze trends, forecasts, and KPI performance to identify risks and opportunities and support data-driven decisions Support portfolio management activities, including assortment planning, distribution reviews, and new product introductions Assist with go-to-market execution for product launches, including sell-in materials, readiness tracking, and performance monitoring Act as a key liaison across cross-functional teams including commercial, marketing, supply chain, finance, and product teams Support collaborative planning, forecasting, and replenishment (CPFR) processes through participation in customer calls and internal alignment Contribute to quarterly planning cycles, execution tracking, and post-program performance analysis Provide competitive insights and market trend analysis to support category strategy development Monitor weekly, monthly, and quarterly KPIs, identifying exceptions and recommending corrective actions Respond to ad-hoc reporting and analysis requests in a timely and accurate mannerYears Of Experience And Education Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Economics, or a related field required (or equivalent experience) 4–7 years of relevant experience in analytics, category management, or a related field Experience within telecommunications, wireless, or a related industry preferredSkills Required Strong analytical and data interpretation skills with the ability to synthesize large data sets into actionable insights Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including advanced functions and data analysis capabilities Demonstrated ability to work cross-functionally and communicate effectively with stakeholders at all levels Strong attention to detail with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a deadline-driven environment Structured problem-solving skills with the ability to identify issues and provide recommendations Ability to work independently with minimal oversight while exercising sound judgment Strong organizational and time management skills Effective written and verbal communication skills Experience with reporting tools, forecasting, and performance tracking preferred#INDPRO
