The goal of the Emerging Leader Program is to develop future leaders within the organization who will support State Fund's purpose to proudly serve California’s diverse businesses and workers by helping ensure our workers’ compensation system works today and in the future. T He Program Consists Of Two Main Components : A two-year curriculum of industry-leading training that includes in-person and virtual workshops, mentoring and coaching, job shadowing, online eLearning modules, and hands-on experience working in a business simulation. A two-year work rotation that will develop your understanding and skills in the core roles involved in being an insurance professional. Your roles may be in Underwriting, Claims, or other parts of the organization.Upon successful completion of the two-year work rotation, you will be placed in a permanent work assignment based on business needs.Travel is required to live workshops.
