Reach Truck Driver

Position OverviewWe are seeking experienced Reach Truck Drivers / Pickers to join a fast-paced warehouse team in Naperville, IL. This role is responsible for operating reach trucks, picking orders accurately, moving materials throughout the warehouse, and supporting daily distribution operations.Candidates must be safety-focused, dependable, and able to work overtime when required.Schedule & PayShift: Monday FridayHours: 4:00 PM 12:30 AMMandatory OT: Up to 2:30 AM when neededPay: $19.50/hourResponsibilitiesOperate reach trucks safely and efficiently throughout the warehousePick and stage orders accurately according to work instructionsMove, load, and organize materials and inventoryMaintain productivity and accuracy standardsFollow warehouse safety procedures and company policiesAssist with general warehouse duties as neededComplete required paperwork and documentationRequirementsPrevious reach truck experience requiredAbility to read and write in EnglishMust have steel toe bootsEqual Opportunity Employer: Surge is an equal opportunity employer.
