As they scale their production operations, they're looking for a hands-on Assembly Technician to join their growing team on the floor five days a week.What you'll be doingYou'll be assembling and integrating modular energy storage hardware — think cabinet-level and system-level assembly, electrical interconnects, and integration of components into deployable units. You'll be following detailed assembly procedures, maintaining quality standards, and working in a fast-moving environment where your work goes directly into real product.What they're looking for2+ years of hands-on assembly experience with modular hardware — energy storage systems, modular data centers, power electronics enclosures, or similarComfort with electrical assembly work — torquing, crimping, cable harnessing, connector assembly, ESD-sensitive handlingExperience assembling into rack or cabinet form factors a strong plusAbility to read and follow assembly drawings, BOMs, and work instructionsSharp attention to detail and a process-oriented mindsetA team player who thrives in a small, high-ownership environmentNice to haveIPC-A-620 or similar certificationBackground with UPS systems, BESS, or modular data center infrastructureExperience in a startup or scale-up manufacturing environmentCompensation$28–31/hour depending on experience, full-time, benefits included.LocationMountain View, CA — fully onsite, five days per week.
