Family Medicine Physician Concierge Practice with Focus on LGBTQ+ and Transitional CareLocation: Morristown, New JerseyPractice Type: Concierge / Private Internal MedicinePosition: Full-TimeStart Date: Flexible, with transitional support from founding physicianWho We're Looking ForWe're seeking a physician who is:Board-certified in Internal Medicine or Family MedicineExperienced in adult outpatient medicine, ideally with 5+ years in private practice or primary careCulturally competent and affirming in LGBTQ+ care, including experience in transitional/gender-affirming medicineCommitted to equitable, inclusive, and patient-centered healthcareSkilled in building lasting relationships across diverse communitiesA clear communicator with excellent bedside mannerComfortable working in a low-volume, high-touch concierge model (average 8 patients daily)Interested in long-term practice growth and leadershipClinical ModelYou will inherit a curated panel of approximately 300400 patients, many of whom identify as LGBTQ+ and value a provider who understands their lived experience and clinical needs.
