Restaurant Manager

We are looking for a dedicated and detail oriented manager to be a part of our family of restaurants. This position will be responsible for ensuring the delivery of consistent, guest focused dining service, while exhibiting a passion for food and wine. You will be in charge of all aspects of the customer's dining experience including daily operations, food and beverage quality, restaurant and staff cleanliness, and overseeing company standards. Candidate should excel at personable guests service and hospitality, be self-managed, organized and motivated to maintain staff moral in an already well established, family owned and operated business.
Compari's on the Park, Fiamma Grille and The Sardine Room are a family owned and operated restaurant group located in the heart of beautiful downtown Plymouth. Newly acquired restaurant also located in Plymouth makes for great growth opportunity.
