You'll receive qualified leads, a structured sales process, extensive training, and full back-end support from a CFP®-led advisory team. Your role is to guide prospective clients through a consultative financial discovery process, present the firm’s value proposition, and close new business.Key ResponsibilitiesMake outbound calls daily to contact warm, qualified leads using firm-provided dialer and CRM toolsQualify prospects and schedule phone or Zoom appointmentsConduct structured financial consultations to identify planning and investment opportunitiesPresent firm offerings using a scripted presentation deckFollow up, close new business, and coordinate account transfer with internal support teamsMaintain accurate and timely records in the CRM systemConsistently meet or exceed weekly activity and sales production targetsQualificationsSeries 65 or 66 license; must be registerable in FloridaProven success in financial services sales with a clean U4Backgrounds welcomed: RIA producers, brokerage/FINRA reps, life/annuity producers, financial call center repsCFP® certification a plusStrong communication skills, attention to detail, and coachable mindsetDriven, self-motivated, and goal-oriented with a passion for helping families achieve financial securityWhat We OfferCompensation: Competitive base salary, aggressive fee splits, and production-based bonuses, with First-year OTE $200k+Benefits: Health, dental, vision, matched 401(k), generous PTO, and paid holidaysSupport: CFP®-level advisory team handles all ongoing client servicingTraining & Tools: Comprehensive onboarding, structured sales process, scripting, CRM, and dialer systemGrowth Path: Advancement to team leadership, management, and potential partnership/C-suite opportunitiesCulture: High-integrity, results-driven, and supportive environment that invests in your long-term success,
