We help people stay connected by providing expert advice, reliable repair services, and device protection across all their technology.Position OverviewThe District Manager is responsible for driving sales, operational excellence, and exceptional guest experiences across 10–20 retail store locations. This role partners closely with store leaders to ensure strong performance, consistent execution, and alignment with Asurion’s Core Values.This is a full-time, hybrid position that includes remote work, in-office collaboration, and frequent travel to assigned store locations.Key ResponsibilitiesLead and oversee operations, sales, and performance across assigned retail storesDrive profitability by reviewing P&L, managing expenses, and calculating monthly store bonusesConduct bimonthly sales meetings and ongoing coaching with store leadersEnsure consistent execution of sales behaviors, customer service standards, and Connected Home product knowledgeReinforce the Serve, Solve (Resolve), and Sell approach in every customer interactionMaintain strategic recruitment practices to ensure adequate staffing levelsMonitor customer feedback and sales metrics, providing coaching as neededUse data to identify trends and create action plans to improve performanceConduct quarterly store assessments and monthly/quarterly business reviews with senior leadersThe duties listed are intended to describe the general nature of the role and may be subject to change; additional responsibilities may be assigned as business needs evolve.The duties listed are intended to describe the general nature of the role and may be subject to change; additional responsibilities may be assigned as business needs evolve*Compensation & BenefitsBase Pay: $60,000 – $70,000 annuallyIncentives: Monthly store incentives and performance-based bonusesTotal compensation potential: $90,000–$100,000+ annually, depending on district performance.Full benefits package: medical, dental, vision, and life insurancePaid time off and ongoing technical & leadership trainingWork Environment & ScheduleHybrid role: remote work, office time, and frequent in-store visitsFull-time, typically Monday–Friday with occasional weekendsTravel between assigned store locations is requiredWhat You’ll BringStrong business acumen and data-driven decision-making skillsEffective communication and leadership abilitiesGlobal and cultural awareness with experience leading diverse teamsProven relationship management and coaching capabilityuBreakiFix by Asurion is proud to be an equal-opportunity workplace.
