We're seeking a Sheet Metal Fabrication Supervisor to lead shop floor operations and oversee the fabrication team. This role ensures safety, quality, and productivity in line with TRUMPF standards. Key Responsibilities Supervise shop floor personnel in compliance with company policies and safety regulations. Ensure adherence to quality standards and support corrective actions as needed. Manage daily production schedule and resource allocation to meet OTD, quality, and productivity goals. Support new product introductions and process improvements. Oversee employee scheduling, training, development, and safety compliance. Forecast department needs and assist in hiring and equipment planning. Drive lean manufacturing (SYNCHRO) and 5S initiatives. Qualifications Supervisory experience in manufacturing required. Experience with TRUMPF products, SYNCHRO, and SAP (or similar systems) a plus.
