Our team is dedicated, innovative, and constantly striving to improve every day.Position Overview We are seeking versatile and detail-oriented seasonal Technical Associates to support the end-to-end refurbishment of Apple devices. This role encompasses software restoration, hardware repair, device evaluation, and final quality assurance. Technical Associates are responsible for ensuring each device meets functional, cosmetic, and resale standards. The ideal candidate is adaptable, process-oriented, and committed to precision in a production-driven environment. Key Responsibilities Technical Repair & Restoration Diagnose and resolve hardware and software issues on Apple devices (MacBooks, iMacs, iPads, etc.)  Perform component replacements and system repairs  Reinstall operating systems, apply firmware updates, and configure devices for use  Execute secure data wiping in accordance with company protocols  Device Evaluation & Grading Assess devices for physical condition and performance  Assign grading classifications based on defined standards  Ensure grading aligns with resale expectations and company guidelines  Quality Control Inspect completed devices to confirm functionality, accuracy of repairs, and overall condition  Validate that all required processes have been completed correctly  Flag and resolve any discrepancies prior to final approval  Process & Documentation Follow standardized workflows and operational procedures  Record repair outcomes, grading results, and inventory usage accurately  Maintain an organized and efficient workspace  Continuous Improvement Identify opportunities to improve efficiency, consistency, and quality  Contribute to process enhancements and team initiatives  Qualifications Experience in device repair, IT hardware support, electronics, or refurbishment  Understanding of Apple hardware and operating systems  Ability to troubleshoot technical issues effectively  Strong attention to detail and consistency in execution  Comfortable working in a structured, high-volume environment  Preferred Qualifications Apple certifications or equivalent experience  Background in refurbishment or resale operations  Familiarity with grading standards or quality assessment frameworks  Knowledge of data security and device handling practices  Exposure to Lean or process improvement methodologies
