OB Hospitalist / Laborist | Chattanooga, TN | collaborative care model - guaranteed base + bonus

Seeking full-time BE/BC OBGYNs excited to join a dynamic and growing practice of OB/GYNs and CNMs in Chattanooga, TN. Roles Available OBGYN Director-level OBGYN Physician Laborist / OB Hospitalist Work in a collaborative care model with physicians, midwives, dietitians, wellness coaches, and holistic care providers, allowing providers to work at the top of their skills. The clinic model includes at least 1 FTE OBGYN at a director level, 3.5 Laborists, and 4 CNMs. Clinical Responsibilities OBGYN call rotation: 1:4 call with CNM support (may be doubled up with clinic on weekdays) OBGYN: 2.5 days in clinic + 1 surgery day per week Laborist: 7 call shifts a month in-house Outpatient clinic located on hospital campus Full-scope outpatient obstetrical and gynecological care, with multiple venues for gynecological surgery Friendly, collaborative environment dedicated to excellent patient care and provider work‑life balance More days off than a typical practice and manageable call shifts, with the OB/GYN team providing backup call coverage for CNM hospitalists on a 1:4 schedule; PRN pool to fill in for vacation and extended leave Comprehensive care team support (including LCSWs, lactation, education and other specialists) Innovative and integrated tech platforms to drive patient engagement and create efficiency Continuing education plus an allowance for medical conferences Supported by a national practice network that helps grow the practice, streamline operations, and support continuous quality improvement efforts Benefits Competitive compensation – NOT an RVU model, allowing clinical autonomy without wRVU pressure Guaranteed base plus annual bonus Sustainable work structure respecting life outside the hospital: 2.5 clinical days, 1 surgery day, manageable call with midwives taking first call Early access to meaningful clinical work: surgical and procedural opportunities integrated early, supporting skill development Health, dental & vision, with an HSA/FSA option 401(k) with employer match Paid time off Paid parental leave Professional liability coverage, license renewals, including DEA, paid Professional development budget Leadership training and advancement opportunities, if desired The Community Nestled among scenic mountains and a beautiful riverfront, Chattanooga offers a balance of outdoor recreation, career opportunity, and quality of life.
