Inspector

EMS, Thin Metal Parts is seeking a meticulous and detail-oriented Visual Inspector to join our quality assurance team. In this critical role, you will be responsible for ensuring that our products meet the highest standards of quality and are free from defects.Summary: Visually inspect, by eye or microscope, variety of parts to ensure products are manufactured according to customer specifications.Essential Duties & ResponsibilitiesMeasure thickness of parts when requiredUtilize microscope to inspect parts for long periods of timeInterface with multiple levels of company personnelFill in for operators in other areas when appropriateOther duties as assigned. Minimum Qualifications:High School Diploma or equivalentMath and computer training preferredOther Considerations:Extensive knowledge of / ability to learn TMP database systemDemonstrable PC skills including Microsoft ExcelAbility to use various tools such as a micrometer, vernier caliper, and drop gauge a plusAble to read blueprints/drawingsAbility to work as part of a team or independentlyFluent English written and verbal skillsPowered by JazzHR2Tip0n5r5u
