Job Overview
We are seeking a skilled and experienced Captain to lead our team in a dynamic and challenging environment. The Captain will be responsible for overseeing operations, ensuring safety protocols are followed, and managing crew members effectively. This role requires strong leadership abilities, mechanical knowledge, and the capacity to manage various tasks efficiently while maintaining high standards of performance.

Duties
Lead and manage the crew during operations, ensuring all tasks are executed safely and efficiently.
Oversee the cleanliness and organization of vessel.
Conduct daily inspections of the engines and mechanical systems.
Train and mentor crew members, fostering a collaborative team environment that promotes skill development and teamwork.
Communicate effectively with all team members, providing clear instructions and feedback to enhance performance.
Maintain accurate records of operations, incidents, and maintenance activities as required.
Be a leader of a positive and lucrative (tips) work environment
Qualifications
Proven experience in a leadership role within a maritime or industrial setting.
Strong mechanical knowledge with the ability to troubleshoot equipment issues effectively.
Excellent management skills with a focus on team dynamics and operational efficiency.
Ability to work in high-pressure environments while maintaining composure and decision-making capabilities.
Familiarity with safety regulations and best practices in the industry is essential.
Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, to interact effectively with crew members and stakeholders.
