Founding Full Stack Software Engineer - Senior/Staff

Design, build, and maintain full stack applications from front-end interfaces to scalable back-end systems Develop APIs, microservices, and cloud-based architectures Collaborate with founders to define technical strategy and align it with business goals Contribute to the technical roadmap, ensuring scalability, reliability, and performance Write clean, efficient, and well-documented code across the stack Help shape engineering culture and establish software development best practices Requirements 3+ years of experience as a full stack or back-end engineer Track record of shipping high-quality products Proficiency with modern front-end frameworks such as React, Angular, or Vue.js Proficiency with back-end frameworks such as Node.js, Django, Flask, or Ruby on Rails Strong understanding of cloud platforms including AWS, GCP, or Azure Experience with Docker and Kubernetes Experience with relational databases such as PostgreSQL or MySQL Experience with NoSQL databases such as MongoDB or DynamoDB Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and infrastructure-as-code tools Proficiency in programming languages such as JavaScript, Python, Java, Ruby, Go, or TypeScript Experience in early-stage startups or lean teams is a plus Core Competencies Demonstrates expertise in designing and maintaining full stack applications, with a strong focus on cloud-based architectures and API development.
