Supply Chain Program Manager
Program Manager – SAP Supply Chain TransformationResponsibilitiesMaintain and manage the transformation portfolio roadmap, including business readiness initiatives and SAP-related activities.Track initiative sequencing, dependencies, milestones, risks, and overall program health, with a focus on Supply Chain and cross-functional impacts.Support project intake, prioritization, and scope management aligned with business objectives and transformation goals.Ensure adherence to governance processes, stage gates, and decision-making frameworks.Develop executive-level presentations and reporting materials for leadership reviews and steering committees.Business & Process Stakeholder EngagementPartner with business leaders and process owners to define objectives, scope, success metrics, and decision ownership.Coordinate stakeholder participation plans and monitor engagement across key initiatives.Identify resource constraints, capacity concerns, and participation risks.Facilitate alignment across teams when priorities, timelines, or dependencies conflict.SAP & Technology CoordinationCollaborate with SAP, Data, and IT teams to align business priorities with technical delivery plans and release schedules.Provide visibility into project progress, risks, dependencies, and impacts on business readiness.Ensure alignment across process, data, reporting, and technology workstreams.Vendor & Third-Party ManagementCoordinate with system integrators and external partners to ensure alignment with program priorities and governance standards.Monitor key deliverables, dependencies, and risks.Support issue resolution and promote quality standards, documentation, and knowledge transfer.Business Readiness & Change SupportCoordinate business readiness activities, including planning, milestone tracking, stakeholder engagement, testing, and training support.Partner with change management, training, communications, and data teams to ensure readiness activities are aligned across initiatives.Identify and escalate adoption, timing, and resource-related risks.Risk, Dependency & Value ManagementMaintain visibility into program-level risks, issues, and cross-functional dependencies.Support tracking of key performance indicators (KPIs), business benefits, and value realization objectives.Drive reporting that focuses on business outcomes, capabilities, and adoption rather than task completion alone.Key StakeholdersBusiness Leaders and Process OwnersSAP and IT TeamsProgram and Deployment LeadershipData, Change Management, Training, and Communications TeamsSystem Integrators and External PartnersRequired QualificationsBachelor's degree required.8+ years of project or program management experience.3–5+ years supporting SAP ERP implementations or transformations (ECC and/or S/4HANA), preferably within Supply Chain environments.Experience working with business stakeholders, technology teams, and third-party implementation partners.Strong understanding of end-to-end business processes.Proven ability to manage cross-functional dependencies, risks, and stakeholder alignment.Direct experience supporting Supply Chain operations within an SAP environment.Preferred AttributesStrong ability to connect strategy, business objectives, and execution across multiple workstreams.Proactive approach to identifying and mitigating risks before they impact delivery.Focus on business outcomes, user readiness, and value realization.Ability to influence stakeholders and drive alignment without direct authority.Strong governance, reporting, and organizational skills with a commitment to maintaining a single source of truth for program information.Excellent communication and executive presentation skills.
