Job Title:Licensed Therapist (LMHC, LMFT, LCSW) Location:Bloomington, Indiana Setting:16-Bed Detox/Residential Facility Client Population:Adult, Co-Ed, Dual Diagnosis Compensation:$55-$65/hourJob Description A 16-bed adult detox/residential treatment facility in Bloomington, Indiana is seeking aLicensed Therapistto join its clinical team. This role will provide direct therapeutic services to adults receiving treatment for substance use and co-occurring mental health disorders. The ideal candidate is compassionate, clinically strong, and comfortable working in a fast-paced residential setting with a dual diagnosis population.Key Responsibilities Provide individual therapy sessions to clients in detox and residential levels of care Facilitate process groups, psychoeducational groups, and other therapeutic programming Conduct biopsychosocial assessments and contribute to treatment planning Develop, update, and maintain individualized treatment plans in collaboration with the clinical team Complete clinical documentation in a timely, accurate, and compliant manner Participate in case conferences, team meetings, and discharge planning Support crisis intervention and provide clinical guidance as needed Coordinate care with medical providers, case managers, and other members of the treatment team Monitor client progress and adjust clinical interventions based on treatment needs Help ensure services are delivered in accordance with program standards, ethical guidelines, and applicable regulatory requirementsQualifications Active Indiana licensure asLMHC, LMFT, or LCSW Experience working with adult mental health and substance use disorder populations preferred Knowledge of dual diagnosis treatment and residential or detox settings preferred Strong assessment, documentation, and communication skills Ability to work collaboratively as part of a multidisciplinary team Compassionate, professional, and client-centered approach to care
