The RN will float betweentwo Medical-Surgical/Telemetry unitsand may also assist withMS overflow in ICU and Emergency Departmentwhen needed. This role requires strong clinical skills, adaptability, and confidence in managing diverse patient populations.Key ResponsibilitiesProvide safe, high-quality nursing care across multiple inpatient units.Float betweenMedical-Surgical/Telemetrydepartments as assigned.Support MS overflow cases inICU and EDwhen required.Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care in alignment with hospital policies.Collaborate with physicians and interdisciplinary teams to coordinate patient treatment plans.Document accurately within the facility's EMR system.Respond to emergencies and manage high-acuity situations when needed.Maintain compliance with all state, federal, and organizational regulations.Work Schedule12-hour night shifts72 hours per two-week cycleHoliday coverage requiredFloating required every shift based on census and staffing needsRequirementsActiveHawaii RN license(must be current).Minimum3 years of recent acute care experience .Strong background inMed-Surg and Telemetryrequired.Experience working withICU and ED overflowpreferred.EPIC EMR experience required .Ability to float confidently between units.Strong clinical judgment and critical thinking skills.Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.Bilingual not required.Certifications (as applicable to assignment)BLS / BCLSCPI, ENPC, RNFA, TNCC, AWONN, NIHSS, STABLE, ASLS, NRP, BTSA, AAP/PHON, CMA, CCM, ARM, EFM(Certifications may vary based on unit assignment and employer requirements.)Please note: Only candidates who meet all minimum qualifications and required certifications will be considered.About World NursesWorld Nurses specializes in the staffing of non-skilled and skilledhealthcare personnel.
