About the role: In the role of Warehouse Lead, the incumbent will support the site's medical manufacturing warehouse operations. Daily operations consist of receiving, shipping, staging raw materials and cleanrooms, working within an ERP system to input, sort, and organize shipping data, loading and unloading products, and performing additional warehouse-related activities. Primary Responsibilities: Maintain first in-first out control of inventory. Enter inventory transactions (in our out) directly into the computer system; utilize bar code labels and scanners to track inventory and maintain traceability through proper documentation of material lot numbers and expiration dates. Manage the physical movement of goods from receipt to shipment; incoming staging area and from finished goods staging area to storage areas. Organize stock and maintain inventory level and accuracy. Lead Cycle Count program: Perform root cause analysis for inventory discrepancies and implement corrective actions to prevent reoccurrences; Partner with management to develop and implement goals related to inventory accuracy. Lead process related to inventory nearing expiry to ensure timely dispositions. Inspect incoming and outgoing products for defects or damage as part of processing packages and shipment of orders. Participate in Ship on Time Meetings; provide status updates to Operations, Supply Chain, and Quality functions on upcoming shipments. Provide training for new hires on warehouse operations, procedures, and processes. Manage chemical/hazardous material dispensing and disposal. Perform safety checks on the packaging, storage racks, material handling, equipment, and overall warehouse areas. Other Duties Adheres to GMP/QSR requirements and follows applicable QMS documentation (e.g., SOPs, Work Instructions) to successfully accomplish job requirements. Follow Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) policies and procedures, including wearing hearing protection, safety shoes, gloves, and eye protection as required. Follows gowning procedures in designated areas. Follows established safety requirements and adheres to the Health Safety and Environment Management System. Performs other job-related responsibilities as assigned. Who you are: GED required and 5-6 years of warehouse experience in a manufacturing environment. 2 plus years of experience with UPS/FedEx shipping and label machines Experience with international shipping and required shipping documentation – Proforma and Bill of Ladens Experience in performing cycle counts, lot number tracing, and monitoring material expiration dates. Proficiency with Microsoft Office software applications, IQMS and ERP software, or other business-related software programs. Non-expired Driver’s License and Tow Motor Experience. Certified forklift and pallet jack operator.
