Job DescriptionDrive disciplined execution of portfolio marketing initiatives by managing campaigns, prioritizing workstreams, and ensuring high-quality, on-time delivery across credit card and financial services portfolios.Key ResponsibilitiesCampaign & Program ExecutionSupport end-to-end execution of portfolio marketing campaigns (onboarding, engagement, lifecycle)Partner with strategy leads to translate marketing plans into actionable deliverables (targeting, briefing, deployment, QA)Project & Workflow ManagementManage intake, prioritization, and tracking of marketing requests across multiple initiativesEnsure adherence to timelines, dependencies, and QA standards across systemsOrganization & PrioritizationAct as a central coordinator across stakeholders to align priorities and deliverablesBalance competing demands while focusing on high-impact initiativesCross-Functional CoordinationPartner with Product, Analytics, Operations, and Creative teams for campaign executionSupport development of marketing collateral, communications, and execution plansPortfolio & Channel SupportAssist in managing channel execution (email, statements, digital placements)Support enhancements to onboarding, engagement, and reactivation programsAd Hoc & Continuous ImprovementSupport audits, process improvements, and special projectsIdentify opportunities to improve workflows and execution qualityQualificationsBasic QualificationsBachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or related field3–5+ years of experience in marketing, financial services, or related fieldPreferred ExperienceExperience in credit card, banking, or financial services marketingAbility to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environmentStrong organizational skills and attention to detailExperience supporting campaign execution and marketing operationsKey Skills & CapabilitiesProject Management: Manage multiple workstreams with strong follow-throughPrioritization: Assess urgency and sequence work effectivelyExecution Discipline: Detail-oriented with strong QA focusCommunication: Clear and effective cross-functional coordinationAdaptability: Comfortable handling shifting prioritiesRussell Tobin is a leading minority-owned professional and technical recruitment and staffing advisory organization.
