Certified Occupational Therapist Assistant Dynamic Therapy Service Plus is an innovative company driven to change the lives of families with special needs adults. Responsibilities: · Occupational Therapist Assistants will work under the supervision of respective therapists. The Therapist must set realistic and achievable goals for their patients, document and record the patient's condition and educate patients and families in an appropriate manner. · Planning and implementing specific treatment programs for individual clients consistent with the principles and practices of the Occupational Therapy Practice Act of the State of Texas · Records type of treatment and patient's reaction to it on clinical/progress notes, which are written on the day of the visit and incorporated in the patient's record. · Be supervised by an OT as follows: Follow guidelines for supervision as outlined by the Executive Council for Physical Therapy and Occupational Therapy Examiners Qualifications: · Be a graduate of an accredited two-year program for Occupational Therapist Assistants. · Licensure or certification by the state of Texas as a Certified Occupational Therapist Assistant Job Type: Contract Pay: $40.00 - $50.00 per hour Expected hours: 10 – 30 per week License/Certification: Occupational Therapy Assistant License for State of Texas (Required) Work Location: In person
