Educational Consultant, Alpha - $150,000/year USD

Position Overview Location: Oklahoma City, OK; Keller, TX; Park City, UT; or Atlanta, GA. Compensation: $150,000 per year, paid weekly. Health benefits begin day one. Relocation support available. What You Will Be Doing Facilitating one-hour live workshops on essential life skills (public speaking, focus, constructive feedback exchange) for students in grades K-8, executing Alpha's established playbook. Conducting motivation sessions informed by Coachbot analytics and Alpha's incentive framework (campus currency, leaderboards) to achieve 100% student goal attainment. Mentoring Guides on program consistency and enforcement of standards, ensuring every coaching session yields specific improvement steps. Managing your own student cohort while simultaneously developing other Guides. Monitoring student satisfaction metrics, goal completion percentages, and Guide performance indicators. What You Won't Be Doing Teaching or tutoring academic content to students. Academic learning occurs through digital applications. Creating curriculum or instructional plans. Alpha's playbook serves as your operating framework, allowing you to concentrate on delivery and relationship-building. Accepting 99% when the standard is 100%. Maintaining this boundary demonstrates your belief in their capacity to reach it. Training Guides on instructional methodology. Since Guides do not teach traditional lessons, your coaching centers on presence, motivation, and accountability. Basic Requirements Currently based in or willing to relocate to Oklahoma City, OK; Keller, TX; Park City, UT; or Atlanta, GA (relocation assistance provided). Bachelor's degree in Education, Psychology, Business, or related discipline. Minimum 5 years of professional experience in education, learning and development (L&D), coaching, or related capacity. Demonstrated experience designing and executing educational programs, training initiatives, or curriculum. Leadership experience managing a team of 5 or more individuals, including responsibility for hiring and performance-based termination decisions. Background working with children ages 5-14 in educational or developmental contexts. Proven ability to leverage data analysis and performance metrics to inform decisions and drive continuous improvement. Legal authorization to work in the United States. Nice-to-have Requirements Master's degree in Education, Psychology, Organizational Leadership, or related discipline. Experience in athletic coaching, camp counseling, or youth development programs where performance was quantified and standards rigorously maintained. Professional background coaching adults in instructional coaching or professional development contexts.
