Escrow Processor

*Job Summary* We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Escrow Processor to join our financial services team. In this role, you will be responsible for managing the escrow process for various types of real estate transactions, ensuring compliance with industry regulations and company policies. The ideal candidate will possess a strong understanding of mortgage services, commercial lending, and banking regulations, along with excellent customer service skills. Key Responsibilities: * Prepare and review escrow documentation, including settlement statements, closing disclosures, and loan agreements * Coordinate with lenders, title companies, real estate agents, and clients to facilitate smooth transaction closings * Ensure compliance with federal and state regulations such as TILA (Truth in Lending Act), FNMA (Fannie Mae) guidelines, and banking regulatory standards * Manage escrow accounts by accurately disbursing funds, reconciling balances, and maintaining detailed records * Process loan documents using financial software and industry-specific systems with precision * Monitor loan servicing activities related to escrow accounts to ensure timely payments and adherence to contractual terms * Conduct Excel data analysis for reporting purposes and identify discrepancies or potential risks * Communicate effectively with clients regarding escrow status, documentation requirements, and transaction updates * Assist in training team members on escrow procedures and industry best practices * Maintain up-to-date knowledge of industry regulations affecting mortgage services, commercial lending, and banking compliance Skills: * Proven experience in loan origination, mortgage services, or commercial lending analysis * Strong understanding of financial software applications used in escrow processing * Excellent proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel for data analysis * Knowledge of industry regulations including TILA, FNMA standards, and banking compliance requirements * Ability to perform basic math accurately and efficiently under pressure * Experience with loan processing workflows from application to closing * Strong customer service orientation with effective communication skills for client interaction * Familiarity with financial sales techniques within the banking or lending sectors * Demonstrated team leadership capabilities in a fast-paced environment * Attention to detail in handling complex financial documents and data reconciliation * Basic math skills complemented by 10-key typing proficiency for efficient data entry If you are committed to delivering exceptional service through meticulous escrow management and possess the necessary industry knowledge, we encourage you to apply.
