RAS Program Specialist
RAS Program SpecialistThe RAS Program Specialist provides education and information on programs and services to end-user pharmacies enrolled in RAS programs. The position coordinates resources, facilitates communication across platforms and business units, and ensures delivery of high-quality support services to meet program objectives. It plays a key role in problem resolution, process improvement, and overall program success.Key DutiesServes as the primary point of contact for both internal and external clients for RAS programs, including RxCash+, RxAvantage CoPay Solutions, Edit+, and PowerLine data programs.Develops subject-matter expertise in the benefits and advantages of RAS programs and communicates them effectively to customersWorks closely with other departments and teams to ensure alignment on program benefits, troubleshooting, and resolving issuesIdentifies and escalates issues or challenges that arise with the support functions of RAS programsAssists in developing and implementing solutions to resolve problems and prevent recurrenceIdentifies areas for improvement in current support processes and proceduresMaintains comprehensive records of support activities, including issue logs and service requestsMonitors program adoption and engagement, proactively addressing customer concerns to reinforce program value and retain pharmacies enrolled in RAS programsDevelops proficiency in and utilizes the diverse ERP systems in use across the RedSail customer baseEducation/TrainingBachelor's degree in Business or a related fieldProven experience in a support services rolePreferred Work Experience/SkillsPharmacy background strongly preferred, including experience in a retail or independent pharmacy setting or familiarity with pharmacy workflow and terminologyStrong organizational and project management skillsExcellent communication and interpersonal abilitiesProficiency with standard office applications, including the Microsoft Office SuiteStrong problem-solving skillsDiscretionary JudgmentUses independent judgment and discretion based upon the employee's experience in the position and knowledge of the products, equipment, and servicesUses sound judgment and maintains ethical work valuesPhysical Demands, Working Conditions, and General Employment GuidelinesThe position may involve moderate to high levels of stressPosition is performed in a general office environment, home office, or approved remote workspace. This position is also eligible to participate in RedSail's annual incentive bonus program, with a target opportunity of 4% of base salary. Actual bonus payout is based on company performance and is subject to the terms and conditions of the applicable bonus plan.
