Role Description The Sales Business Development Manager is a full-time remote role responsible for driving business growth and building relationships with clients and partners. This professional will identify new business opportunities, generate leads, and establish strong partnerships within CRUSHR Hill Country’s target sectors. Responsibilities include conducting market research, creating sales plans, negotiating contracts, maintaining client relationships, and achieving sales targets. Collaboration with cross-functional teams to support strategic goals and promote CRUSHR’s value proposition will also be integral to the role. Qualifications Sales and Business Development expertise with a focus on lead generation, client relationship management, and achieving revenue goalsStrong negotiation, communication, and presentation skillsExperience conducting market research and developing strategic sales plansProficiency in CRM tools and softwareSelf-motivation, goal-oriented mindset, and ability to work autonomously in a remote environmentProven ability to identify and establish strong relationships within target marketsExperience in waste management, construction, or related industries is a plusBachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field preferred
