The primary responsibilities include overseeing the installation of our warranty administration service and delivering training to clients ensuring compliance with best practices and OEM standards. The role involves traveling to various clients in the USA and Canada to provide hands-on assistance and support, troubleshooting issues, and optimizing the warranty-related processes. The individual will act as the main point of contact for warranty installations and provide detailed reporting and feedback to improve operations.QualificationsFranchised automotive dealership service advisor, technician, or management experience is required (4+ years).Applicant must be professional and well-groomed. No visible tattoos when wearing short sleeves.Flexibility and willingness to travel frequently for on-site training and installations.It's a major plus being located near a central major US airport hub like DFW or O'Hare.Excellent training and communication skills to deliver effective instruction to clients and teams.Problem-solving and troubleshooting skills with the ability to work under minimal supervision.Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications and the ability to manage tasks independently.Experience in process optimization and client relations is a plus.Sales skills. The position will assist and support the sales team.We support veterans, your military experience is a plus.This is a great opportunity to use your service knowledge to help dealerships all over the USA and Canada improve their internal warranty administration process with our amazing service. Travel is generally short, and trips rarely interfere with weekends. When not traveling, available hours are 8-5 Central time, working from home. You will set your own travel and keep any travel points.
