Jackson + Coker is looking for a passionate Child Psychiatrist to join our team. This role offers a unique blend of clinical work and leadership in child and adolescent psychiatry, with a touch of telehealth to keep things interesting.Position Overview:In this role, you'll spend 40% of your time providing direct clinical care to youth facing mental health challenges. The remaining 60% will involve supervisory and managerial duties, supporting psychiatric providers, therapists, and program directors working with high-risk youth.Key Responsibilities:Direct clinical care for youth with a focus on mental health challengesSupervision and leadership over various youth programsParticipation in supervision sessions and incident review committeesCollaboration with the agency's central Psychiatric Services teamTemporary coverage for clinical programs with provider vacancies xaygatp Qualifications:Active DEA and New York State License as a psychiatristBoard Certified or Board Eligible in child psychiatryDemonstrated experience in youth psychiatric careComfort supervising newly graduated NPPsWillingness to travel to sites across New York City
