Health Home Quality & Compliance ManagerLocation: Near Glens Falls, NYSalary Range: $60,000 ? $80,000Employment Type: Full-Time | ExemptPosition OverviewOur mission-driven healthcare client serving rural communities is seeking a Health Home Quality & Compliance Manager to oversee quality monitoring, regulatory compliance, and performance improvement initiatives within its care management program. This role is responsible for ensuring adherence to Department of Health requirements while supporting program effectiveness and improved health outcomes across the service area.The ideal candidate brings strong analytical skills, regulatory knowledge, and a collaborative leadership style to help strengthen quality oversight and compliance practices across multiple partners and stakeholders.Key ResponsibilitiesQuality & Compliance OversightCoordinate and monitor quality assurance and compliance activities for the Health Home programEnsure adherence to Department of Health regulations, Medicaid policies, and reporting requirementsDevelop, implement, and maintain compliance plans and quality improvement initiativesProgram Monitoring & AuditingConduct routine audits of program documentation and case recordsTrack performance data and monitor quality metricsDevelop and oversee corrective action plans when necessaryPolicy Development & Regulatory SupportAssist with drafting, reviewing, and updating policies, procedures, and compliance documentationMonitor regulatory updates and assess their impact on program operationsSupport organizational leadership with compliance reporting and program updatesCollaboration & Stakeholder EngagementWork with internal teams and partner organizations to promote quality-driven outcomesFacilitate meetings, committees, and training related to compliance and quality improvementProvide guidance and education to providers and program partners on regulatory requirementsOperational SupportMonitor and track incident reports, complaints, and grievance processesAssist with reporting and follow-up related to regulatory or program requirementsSupport additional initiatives and projects related to program performanceJob RequirementsQualificationsBachelor's degree in Public Health, Healthcare Administration, Health Informatics, Social Work, Business Administration, or a related fieldMinimum of 3 years of experience in healthcare quality management, compliance, auditing, or regulatory oversightKnowledge of healthcare regulations and quality standardsStrong analytical and problem-solving skillsExcellent written and verbal communication abilitiesAbility to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environmentPreferred:Experience with Medicaid or Health Home programsFamiliarity with New York State Department of Health regulationsSupervisory or program leadership experienceAdditional RequirementsAbility to travel within the regional service area as neededValid driver's license and reliable transportationTo see a full listing of all our open positions, please visit:https://www.redshiftrecruiting.com/jobs-hiring-near-me
