Job Title: Technical RecruiterBoston, MA 02108Contract: 6 MonthsWe are seeking an experienced Technical Recruiter to manage full-cycle recruitment for IT and technology positions, including both full-time and contract roles. The ideal candidate will have experience sourcing and recruiting technical talent such as software developers, infrastructure engineers, and cybersecurity professionals. Responsibilities include partnering with hiring managers, developing sourcing strategies, screening candidates, coordinating interviews, managing ATS updates, and ensuring an excellent candidate experience. Strong communication, stakeholder management, and multitasking skills are required. Prior experience recruiting for technical roles in fast-paced environments is highly preferred.
