Complex Patient Aligned Care Team PhysicianThe incumbent will serve as a Complex Patient Aligned Care Team (PACT) Physician located at the Daytona Beach VA Clinic in Daytona Beach, FL assigned to the Ambulatory Care Service. Assignments to other facilities within OVAHCS and travel to the site, may be required to meet the needs of the service.
