Accounting associate

Local printing office located in Freehold, NJ, a company specializing in vinyl and imaging graphics that is seeking to hire an Accounting support profile. The position requires comprehensive administrative and accounting duties, including managing Accounts Receivable (aging reports, remittances) and Accounts Payable (vendor invoices, check runs). The schedule is 8:30 am to 4:30 pm, with an expected pay rate of $21-$26/hr, based on experience. This will be a temp to hire. salary: $22 - $26 per hour shift: First work hours: 8 AM - 5 PM education: No Degree Required Responsibilities Administrative aspects Accounts Receivable aging reports AR remittances communication Entering vendors invoices Sending vendors invoices to the proper AP team Assist with auto payments, reconciling the system AP check runs for materials and installer Skills Oversee accounting functions Accounts Receivable Accounts Payable Bookkeeping Business operations Administration Office Support Epicor Qualifications Years of experience: 2 years Experience level: Experienced Randstad is a world leader in matching great people with great companies.
