Program Manager

This is role is roughly 25 miles North of BostonMUST HAVE Program Management experience in Manufacturing setting Defense manufacturing experience huge plusThe ideal candidate will be comfortable outlining and planning all aspects of work related to a given project such as budget, timelines and teams. They will have strong communication skills that enable them to effectively communicate with all relevant teams. This individual should be able to foresee any problems related to the completion of a project and act in a timely manner to mitigate any issues. ResponsibilitiesDevelop timelines, budget, teams and plan for given projectEnsure high quality work is producedAnticipate and solve any problems related to the programConduct performance reviews and evaluate programFacilitate communication between relevant teamsQualificationsBachelor's degree 5+ years of experience in program managementAerospace or Defense Program Management experience a huge plusProficient in Microsoft Office suiteStrong communication, organizational, analytical and critical thinking skillsStrong customer interaction experience Ability to manage multiple projects
