Sales Representative / Design Consultant - Bathroom Remodeling
Responsibilities:
As a full-time sales position, your role will be to develop relationships with pre-qualified homeowners. You are not responsible for generating your own leads. Prior to your first interaction with prospective customers, 80% of the legwork has been done for you. We have a very rigorous pre-qualification process that ensures we are putting our sales reps in the best possible situation to be successful. Your only focus must be on selling. We do everything else from processing the order to dealing with any changes after the product is sold. Your responsibilities also include:
Delivery of our proprietary sales presentation to homeowners
Participation in ongoing sales training during our meetings
Designing new bathrooms using our proprietary software
Delivering pricing and closing sales on a daily basis
Pay Details:
This is a Commission plus bonuses position. Average sales representatives in this industry can make over $120,000 per year. Top producers can make as much as $250,000 per year.
Qualifications:
Home improvement related sales experience preferred
Highly developed interpersonal, organizational, and communication skills
