Director, Engineering and ArchitectureOVERVIEW:We are seeking a Director, Engineering and Architecture / an experienced Data Architect to design and evolve our enterprise data platform and analytics architecture supporting our healthcare products and internal analytics capabilities.This individual contributor role will define data models, data pipelines, governance frameworks, and AWS-based data platforms that enable scalable analytics, reporting, and AI capabilities across the organization.The Data Architect will partner closely with data engineering, product, analytics, and platform teams to ensure data is secure, compliant, scalable, and accessible while supporting regulatory healthcare requirements.ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:Data Architecture & Platform DesignDesign and evolve the enterprise data architecture supporting our applications, analytics platforms, and AI initiatives.Define data platform standards and patterns for ingestion, transformation, storage, and analytics.Architect scalable AWS-based data platforms supporting both operational and analytical workloads.Develop canonical data models and schemas supporting multitenant SaaS products.Qualifications5+ years of experience in senior Director‐level Enterprise Architecture or Data Architecture leadership roles (e.g., Principal Data Architect, Director of Enterprise Architecture, Architecture Practice Lead), with demonstrated impact on measurable business outcomes.5+ years of experience leading large‐scale architecture initiatives (platform modernization, cloud and hybrid transformations, multitenant SaaS evolution) from strategy through execution, delivering measurable results.5+ years of experience building or scaling multitenant healthcare or B2B platforms (e.g., member management, eligibility, billing, analytics) within regulated environments.5+ years of experience successfully leading major technology and data migrations, including mainframe or legacy platforms to cloud, monolith to microservices, and legacy data platforms to modern analytics and AI ecosystems.5+ years of experience leveraging Enterprise Architecture and/or cloud certifications (e.g., TOGAF, AWS or Azure Solutions Architect), with certifications strongly preferred.5+ years of experience influencing executive stakeholders and guiding product and engineering teams through complex architectural decisions, trade‐offs, and long‐term platform strategy.OTHER DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:Responsible for compliance with all federal, state and local laws, rules and regulations affecting the Company.Responsible for participating in quality assurance, compliance and in-service and continuing education activities as requested by Company.Responsible for performing other duties and responsibilities as required.The expected base salary for this position ranges from $116,400 to $175,000 with 15% annual targeted bonus.
