Job Overview We are seeking a dedicated and skilled individual for the position of Blow Molding Processing. This role is essential in the production of high-quality plastic products through blow molding techniques. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of manufacturing processes and a commitment to maintaining quality standards. Duties Operate blow molding machines to produce plastic components according to specifications. Conduct quality inspections throughout the production process to ensure compliance with standards. Perform routine maintenance and troubleshooting on machinery to minimize downtime. Collaborate with team members to optimize production efficiency and implement lean manufacturing practices. Utilize calipers and other measuring tools to verify dimensions and tolerances of finished products. Handle materials effectively, ensuring proper storage and organization within the production area. Assist in the setup and operation of CNC machines as needed for component fabrication. Maintain a clean and safe work environment, adhering to all safety protocols. Experience Previous experience in plastics blow molding or related manufacturing processes is preferred. Familiarity with machining, including the use of press brake machines and logic controllers, is a plus. Knowledge of plastics injection molding techniques is beneficial. Experience with materials handling and inventory management is advantageous. A strong understanding of quality inspection methods and lean manufacturing principles will be highly regarded.
