Valor HeadmasterA Valor Headmaster leads the school as a whole (academics, culture, operations) in fidelity to the Valor vision for education. As we continue to grow our schools and deepen our mission, we are interested in speaking with prospective Headmasters. Now accepting applications for the 26-27 school year at Valor San Antonio.This includes:Readiness to learn from and collaborate with Valor's Superintendent and executive teamHiring, developing, and retaining outstanding faculty, staff and school leadersManaging the school's budget with fiscal responsibilityEnsuring successful, vision-aligned implementation of Valor's academic programCoaching teachers and school leaders to grow and excelClose work with the Valor Institute to develop and implement programs for faculty and studentsEngage in weekly seminars with Valor leadershipHost a bi-weekly seminar for Valor facultyDirect teacher assignments and classroom schedulesCultivate a beautiful student culture and joyful disciplineStewardship of all campus operations, including special eventsReporting and complianceAchieving annual student enrollment and attendance goalsAchieving annual campus fundraising goals in collaboration with the Communications & Giving CoordinatorDeepen and facilitate parent relationships, parent communication, and external communicationOther responsibilities as assigned by the Valor executive teamMission and VisionValor's mission is to educate the whole person in authentic communities for a full human life.
