VP Sales
A growing apparel company is seeking a Vice President of Sales to lead its Club, Wholesale and Mass retail channels. This is a high impact leadership role for a seasoned sales executive with deep existing relationships at major club and mass retailers.What You'll DoSales LeadershipDefine and execute annual and quarterly sales strategies within margin and budget goals for club and mass accountsOversee and mentor the Sales Account Management team handling club and discount retailersDrive new and existing account development, category reviews, and promotional planningManage retail pricing, distribution, shelving, and competitive strategiesEffectively manage trade spending, deductions, and credit in close partnership with Accounting and Inside SalesForecasting & Budget ManagementOwn sales forecasting for annual budgets and long-range planning, tracking actuals vs. forecastCollaborate with Operations/Logistics to align monthly production forecasts with market demandEnsure company profitability goals are met while spending within budgetCross-Functional Collaboration & CommunicationLead the sales portion of regular management meetings, presenting monthly and YTD performance variancesWhat You Bring10+ years of sales account management experience with direct club/mass account responsibilityProven, existing relationships with Costco and/or other major club and mass retailersStrong analytical, organizational, and communication skills; high proficiency in ExcelTrack record of meeting and exceeding sales targets in a fast-paced or startup environmentBachelor's degree in Business, Economics, or a related fieldWillingness to travel up to 20% and work from the Los Angeles officeHoxton Circle is an equal opportunity employer.
