As we continue to grow, we are searching for an Account Executive to build a book of business from the ground up by identifying, developing, and closing new client relationships.This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a true business development environment and is motivated by ownership, autonomy, and uncapped earning potential.Primary Role Synopsis:As an Account Executive, you will be responsible for creating, developing, and managing your own portfolio of clients. This is a full-cycle, hunter-style role that requires proactive outreach, relationship building, and ongoing account management. You will own the entire process from lead generation and prospecting to client intake, recruiting execution, and long-term partnership development.Heavy phone use is required and tracked; comfort with cold calling and consistent outbound activity is essential. Prior recruiting experience is preferred, though candidates with strong B2B sales or industry-specific business development backgrounds will also be considered.Primary Responsibilities:Build and grow a new book of business from scratch through consistent outbound prospectingProactively generate your own leads through warm and cold outreach, referrals, and strategic researchLeverage your personal and professional network to identify and develop new business opportunitiesConduct discovery and intake meetings to understand client hiring needs, business goals, and company cultureNegotiate and close client agreements and partnership termsManage client relationships from initial contact through placement and ongoing partnershipSource and engage active and passive candidates for client openingsAct as the primary point of contact for clients throughout the interview and hiring processUtilize tools, software and internal resources to identify prospects and candidatesConsistently meet or exceed activity, revenue, and performance expectationsPerform other duties as assigned that support business growth and client successPerks of Quest:Flexible work scheduleBase salary + uncapped commission401K with company matchMonthly healthcare reimbursement
