Kelly in Partnership with Johnson & Johnson is hiring for a Warehouse Logistics AssociateDescription:The Logistics Associate is responsible for supporting daily warehouse and logistics operations within an R&D environment. Key activities include receiving and processing domestic and international shipments using SAP HANA systems, labeling and inspecting materials, organizing inventory in proper warehouse locations, preparing materials for customer orders and outgoing deliveries, and maintaining accurate inventory records. The role also involves supporting shipping and receiving activities, executing system transactions, and participating in continuous improvement initiatives. The associate ensures warehouse safety, organization, and efficient material movement in collaboration with both internal teams and external partners.Required Skills and Experience:1–5 years of experience in logistics, warehouse, shipping/receiving, or inventory-related rolesExperience working in a fast-paced warehouse or distribution environmentBasic computer and data entry skillsAbility to lift, move, and organize materials as neededStrong attention to detail and organizational skillsAbility to follow processes and work independently or in a team environmentHigh School Diploma or abovePreferred Skills and Experience:Experience using SAP or similar ERP/inventory management systemsBackground in shipping & receiving, inventory control, or material handlingExperience with domestic and international shipmentsExperience in logistics, warehouse operations, or supply chain supportWorking knowledge of barcode scanners, labeling systems, and basic Microsoft Office tools (Outlook, Excel, Word)Familiarity with inventory accuracy, cycle counts, and material trackingExperience in the pharmaceutical industry (GMP) is a plus
