Visit us online at www.equinoxresort.com and www.eoshospitality.com for more information about the amazing ways we’re making a difference.Job SummaryAssist the Head Golf Professional with daily golf operations, including tee sheet management, tournaments, outings, and member/guest servicesProvide high-quality instruction through private lessons, clinics, and junior golf programsOversee golf shop operations, including merchandising, inventory control, and point-of-sale transactionsEnsure exceptional guest service standards consistent with a historic, full-service resort environmentCoordinate closely with hotel, spa, and food & beverage teams to support group events, weddings, and corporate outingsSupport tournament planning and execution, including scoring, rules enforcement, and pace-of-play managementMaintain knowledge of course conditions and communicate updates with grounds staff and resort leadershipPromote golf programming and resort amenities to enhance overall guest experience and drive revenueUphold PGA standards of professionalism while reflecting the character and tradition of a historic resort propertyAssist in staff training and supervision of outside services, starters, and golf shop team membersAssist in inventory control to include ordering and receiving.
