Web Methods Engineer

Overview In this role you will design and implement WebMethods integration solutions, collaborating with a small team to deliver EAI and B2B projects. You’ll work across Integration Server, TN, MWS and various adapters to meet end-to-end requirements. The position emphasizes hands-on development, technical leadership, and clear documentation. ResponsibilitiesDevelop and maintain WebMethods integrations across Integration Server, Trading Networks and adapters (SAP, JDBC)Lead and guide the team on technical delivery across multiple projectsEnsure alignment with EAI and B2B project goals and end-to-end processesWork with REST/SOAP services, flat files, and XML data formatsCreate and validate technical documentationHandle SQL queries and work with Oracle and SQL ServerMentor peers and support knowledge transfer within a small teamStay current with WebMethods 10.x and related tooling Key requirements10+ years of WebMethods development experienceStrong knowledge of WebMethods Integration Server, Designer, Broker, Trading Networks, MWS, JDBC Adapters, SAP adapterExperience with end-to-end requirements and upstream/downstream applicationsProficient in SQL queries; familiarity with Oracle and SQL ServerExposure to WebMethods version 10.xExperience with EAI and B2B projectsHands-on experience with Integration Server, Trading Networks, EDI, MWS, Adapters (SAP & JDBC), Web services (REST/SOAP), flat files and XMLSelf-driven with ability to work in a small team and guide othersStrong analytical, interpersonal, and written communication skillsAbility to create and validate technical documentationPreferred: WebMethods Integration Product Associate Certificationstrong communicationanalytical thinkingteam leadershipWebMethods Integration ServerWebMethods DesignerWebMethods Broker
