Candidates are required to work on‐site at the client or at the DXC office for 2 days per week.Role OverviewThe PeopleSoft Technical Developer designs and implements technical solutions supporting PeopleSoft HCM applications, with a focus on Time and Labor.Essential DutiesDesign and develop technical solutions using PeopleTools and PeopleCode.Build and enhance Application Engine programs, Application Packages, and approval workflows.Support integrations and customizations aligned to business requirements.Collaborate with functional teams to translate requirements into technical designs.Required QualificationsDOD Secret Clearance or the ability to obtain one.5+ years PeopleTools 8.5x experience.3+ years of PeopleSoft HCM Time and Labor experience.Expertise in PeopleCode, Application Engine, and rules frameworks.Strong communication skills across technical and business teams.Other QualificationsMust be legally authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship now or in the future.Must be a U.S. citizen.Must have or be able to obtain an Active Secret Clearance.CompensationA reasonable estimate of the current compensation range for this position is $121,300 - $225,300.BenefitsFull‐time hires are eligible to participate in the DXC benefit program.
