Position OverviewThe Lead Application Administrator oversees the application administration function, driving strategic initiatives, standardizing configurations, and ensuring scalability and security across platforms.A Day in the LifeDevelop, standardize, document, and hold other administrators to account for best practices and operating proceduresOversee the configuration, deployment, and maintenance of product-related systems and applicationsProactively implement systems and processes ensuring applications operate within expected SLAs for performance, availability, and securityProvide user training, documentation, and change management support to improve adoption and system usageFoster relationships with key business partners to identify pain points, validate concerns through audits, and assess impactCollaborate with product vendors, project managers and development teams to implement system enhancements and new features.Identify opportunities to improve system performance and efficiencyAnalyze feedback from users and stakeholders to drive system improvementsDesign and implement automation for routine administrative tasks and workflowsManage the integration of product systems with other enterprise applications, ensuring seamless data flow via API's and automation toolsPartner with QA, Integration, Release Management, and other IT functions to advance maturity of associated processesLead system upgrades, migrations, enhancements, and new feature deployments while ensuring minimal downtimeAdvise business and technology stakeholders on application configuration optionality relative to expected project outcomesCommunicate technical issues in business terms and provide status updates with contingency optionsYou'll Come WithBachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related fieldWorkday Platform Administrator or Coupa Certified Administrator desired7+ years of experience in system analysis, implementation, and administrationDeep knowledge of SaaS and on-prem application architecture and securityExperience with system integrations and data flowsExperience administering corporate retail applications including HRMS, Finance, Budgeting/Planning, Time & Attendance, Spend Management, Procure to Pay, or Document ManagementExperience with system integrations products (e.g., Informatica), particularly with ERP systems (e.g., Oracle EBS, SAP) strongly preferredEnd to end functional knowledge of procurement, invoicing, and expense management workflowsAdvanced scripting and automation skills (e.g., Python, PowerShell, APIs).#LI-TG1Come join our team.
