Operations Analyst (3rd shift)

Please Note: This is a 3rd Shift position (11:00 PM – 7:30 AM EST).ComResource is hiring an Operations Analyst to support a large-scale enterprise environment focused on data center operations and system monitoring. This role is ideal for someone early in their IT career with experience in production environments, looking to grow within infrastructure and operations. You’ll play a key role in monitoring systems, responding to incidents, and ensuring overall platform stability in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.What You’ll Be Doing:Monitor systems, networks, and applications to ensure uptime and performanceRespond to alerts, troubleshoot issues, and escalate incidents as neededSupport incident & change management processesCollaborate with internal teams, system admins, and vendorsMaintain documentation and contribute to knowledge base improvementsSupport infrastructure services across the data center environmentWhat We’re Looking For:1–2 years of IT experience (data center / operations preferred)Experience monitoring systems, batch jobs, or production environmentsStrong communication and problem-solving skillsAbility to follow processes and work in a team environmentExperience with Microsoft Word & ExcelMust be open to working 3rd shift (11:00 PM – 7:30 AM)This role is not focused on help desk or pure hardware/networking work—candidates should have exposure to data center operations / monitoring environments.
