The Office Manager will be responsible for efficiently overseeing daily office operations, managing administrative tasks, and ensuring the smooth functionality of office processes. Responsibilities include maintaining office supplies, coordinating meetings, managing schedules, assisting with client communications, and ensuring a professional and welcoming office environment. The role also includes supervising office equipment and liaising with vendors as needed.QualificationsProficient in Office Administration and Administrative Assistance tasksStrong Communication and Customer Service skillsExcellent organizational and time-management abilitiesAbility to solve problems and work independently with attention to detailProficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and QuickBooksPrevious experience in a similar role preferred
