Forward-Deployed Infrastructure Engineer

Sierra is seeking a Forward Deployed Infrastructure Engineer in San Francisco to own the end-to-end deployment lifecycle for enterprise customers. You will architect, deploy, upgrade, and manage Sierra's AI platform infrastructure across customer environments, ensuring security, compliance, and reliability. You will define standards, tooling, and processes to scale deployments, partnering with Engineering, Product, Sales, and Customer Success to meet enterprise needs.
