Client Data Coordinator
The Client Data Coordinator is responsible for maintaining accurate client and matter records, ensuring data integrity, and supporting the accounting department through effective data management. This role works closely with internal departments to collect, validate, update, and analyze client/matter information while ensuring compliance with company policies and data privacy standards.This position requires exceptional attention to detail, excellent organizational and communication skills, and the ability to effectively manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment while maintaining the highest level of professionalism and confidentiality.Key Duties/Responsibilities:Maintain and update client/matter data in Aderant, and related data management platforms.Review, verify, and enter client/matter information accurately and in a timely manner.Monitor data and perform regular audits to identify and correct discrepancies.Coordinate with firm personnel to obtain missing or updated information.Run reports and data summaries to support business decisions.Respond to inquiries regarding client/matter records and data-related issues.Support process improvement initiatives to enhance data accuracy and operational efficiency.Track and document data changes and maintain audit trails as required.Assist with other tasks and Ad Hoc projects as needed for the Chief Financial Officer.Qualifications:To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform the duties and responsibilities above satisfactorily and meet the requirements below.
