Program Manager - Electronics ManufacturingLocation: Suwanee, GAJob Type: Full-Time, PermanentSchedule: Monday - Friday | 7:30 a.m. - 4:30 p.m. ExecuSource has partnered with a growing electronics manufacturing company in Suwanee, GA, in the search for a Program Manager. This is a direct-hire opportunity with a well-established organization experiencing significant growth and expansion.The Program Manager will play a key leadership role in overseeing customer programs from concept through completion-ensuring deliverables are met on time, within scope, and to the highest quality standards. This role requires an individual with strong program or project management experience in an electronics manufacturing environment.What You'll DoCustomer Relationship ManagementServe as the primary point of contact for assigned customers, ensuring clarity, responsiveness, and alignment with customer expectations.Build and maintain long-term relationships with key stakeholders, driving satisfaction and repeat business.Represent the company during customer meetings, program reviews, and audits, providing expert communication and issue resolution.Program Execution & DeliveryLead the full lifecycle of multiple complex programs-from order entry through production, delivery, and post-delivery support.Develop and maintain detailed program schedules, budgets, and performance metrics to track progress and identify risks.Coordinate cross-functional efforts across Engineering, Quality, Manufacturing, and Supply Chain to ensure seamless execution.Implement corrective actions as needed to maintain project success, profitability, and customer satisfaction.Leadership & Team ManagementSupervise and mentor a team of Program Coordinators, providing guidance, accountability, and professional development.Lead regular program meetings to communicate goals, align priorities, and monitor deliverables.Partner with senior leadership to refine program management processes and define departmental KPIs.Quality & ComplianceEnsure adherence to all applicable standards and regulations, including IPCAS9100, and ISO 13485Collaborate with Quality and Engineering teams to uphold product integrity and compliance.Participate in customer and internal audits, ensuring readiness and continuous improvement.Risk ManagementIdentify and mitigate risks related to schedule, cost, quality, and compliance.Develop proactive contingency plans to minimize potential disruptions.Continuous ImprovementChampion process improvement initiatives to enhance efficiency, reduce waste, and elevate customer satisfaction.Conduct post-project reviews to capture lessons learned and implement best practices across teams.What You BringEducation:Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, or a related field required; Master's degree preferred.Experience:Proven experience in program or project management within electronics manufacturing, contract manufacturing, or related industriesExperience in highly regulated environments; familiarity with IPC, AS9100, and ISO 13485 standards strongly preferred.Demonstrated leadership or people management experience, including mentoring or managing cross-functional teams.Skills:Strong leadership and interpersonal skills with the ability to build trust and motivate teams.Excellent verbal and written communication skills for internal and external stakeholders.Data-driven decision-making with strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.Proficiency in ERP and program management tools; experience with Lean or Six Sigma methodologies a plus.High attention to detail and organizational discipline to manage multiple complex projects simultaneously.LI-AP4MISC123
