Warehouse Technician
Job DescriptionWarehouse Technicians perform warehouse duties including (but not limited to) receiving, stock picking, packing, shipping and light assembly work. Starting pay $20.30/hr.QualificationsDuties and Responsibilities:Meet job requirements relative to Safety, Productivity, Quality, Attendance, and team environmentPacking of small and large parts, loading and unloading trucks, order picking, parts counting, wrapping products, export packing, crating, labeling, shipping and receiving, stockkeeping, cycle-counting, and housekeepingUtilize ORACLE and various Warehouse Management System (WMS) applicationsUtilize various PC applications including RF pickingRead and interpret pick tickets, packing instructions, safety alerts, or other communications as neededRead and interpret drawings and instructions for light assembly workOperate various types of forklifts, and other equipment as neededOther duties as assignedMinimum QualificationsMinimum of 1 year prior warehousing experienceMinimum of 6 months’ Forklift Driving experienceDesired Knowledge, Skills And AbilitiesKnowledge of Safety procedures and practicesAbility to work a flexible schedule with overtime as neededForklift CertificationAble to learn new skills or equipmentPrior PC experience with ORACLE or equivalentStrong communication skillsStrong organizational skills and attention to detail, with the customer in mindPhysical Demands: (The physical demands described here are representative of those that must be met by an employee to successfully perform the essential functions of this job.
