Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Assistant Project Manager role located in the Salt Lake City Metropolitan Area. The Assistant Project Manager will support the planning, coordination, and execution of various projects, ensuring timelines are met and objectives are achieved. Responsibilities include assisting in project scheduling, monitoring progress, handling logistics, coordinating with vendors, tracking resources, expediting tasks, and ensuring compliance with established standards. The role requires close collaboration with project teams and stakeholders to ensure efficient project delivery. Qualifications Experience with Expediting and Expeditor duties for project-related tasks.Proficiency in Project Management, including planning, scheduling, and resource allocation.Knowledge of Inspection processes and quality assurance practices.Skills in Logistics Management to oversee inventory, supply chain, and resource movement.Strong organizational, time management, and communication abilities.Attention to detail and problem-solving skills.Proficiency in project management software tools is a plus.Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Project Management, or a related field is preferred.Previous experience in healthcare or a similar industry is advantageous.
