Case Manager, AIC

Community Solutions Inc is seeking a Full-Time Case Manager to join our team at our Danbury AIC program. The AIC, or Alternative in the Community program is a community-based alternative to incarceration and provides multifaceted intervention services for offenders awaiting trial, or who are on probation or parole. The program uses Motivational Interviewing techniques and curricula-drive, evidence-based models designed to assess the needs of each client to reduce individual risk factors. As a Case Manager, your role will be to facilitate general case management duties including intake, assessment, case record management, and discharge preparation.
